You get a programme with dates before work begins, planned around the rains. We report against it every week, so you hear about a delay from us and not from the site.

No. If you have them, we build to them. If you do not, we bring in an architect and an engineer we trust, and take the plans through council with you.

Our own people, under a site manager whose name and number you have from the first day. One contractor for building, civils, electrical and finishes, so there is nobody to chase.

We come back. Every handover carries a defects period, and the team that built it is the team that returns. Most of our maintenance clients began as building clients.
