ChinhoyiMost rewires happen in houses that cannot be emptied. It can be done without anyone moving out, if it is planned like a small building project and not like a repair.
Room by room, circuit by circuit
A new distribution board goes in first, beside the old one. Circuits move across one at a time, so the house is never without light, a working kitchen and a fridge. Each room is opened, wired, tested and closed before the next begins.
Every evening: lights on, kitchen working.
What you are left with
A tested installation, a certificate, and a circuit schedule inside the board door, so the next electrician knows what they are looking at.
Schedule inside the board door.
If your lights dim when the kettle goes on, ask us to look.
