Sunway CityMost buildings here could stand up in any of the three. The choice is about money, speed and what the rooms need to do, and it is better made before the engineer starts than after.
What each is good at
Fired brick is forgiving, familiar to every bricklayer and quiet to live behind. Concrete block goes up faster and straighter but wants plaster and good detailing at openings. A concrete frame with infill costs more, and buys you big openings, upper floors and walls you can move later.
Frame: the walls stop carrying the building.
How we help you choose
We price the same drawing two ways when the answer is not obvious, so the decision is made on figures and not on habit.
Same drawing, two prices.
Bring us the sketch before the structure is fixed, and we will tell you what each route costs.
